1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArchVibe website and course content (the "Service") operated by ArchVibe ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service.

3. Product Description

ArchVibe is a text-based software architecture course for vibe coders. The course consists of up to 34 lessons organized in three tiers (Ship It, Sell It, and Scale It), plus an optional Architect's Toolkit add-on. Content is delivered digitally through our website.

4. User Accounts

When you purchase the course, an account is created for you using the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or grant access to others.

5. Lifetime Access

All course purchases include lifetime access to the content available in your tier at the time of purchase, plus any updates we make to those lessons. "Lifetime" means for as long as the ArchVibe service is operational. If we ever discontinue the service, we will provide downloadable copies of all content you've purchased.

This applies to the course tiers and the Architect's Toolkit, which are one-off purchases. It does not apply to the Architect MCP, which is a subscription and is covered in the next section.

6. The Architect MCP Subscription

The Architect MCP is billed as a subscription, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel. The price you pay is the price shown when you subscribe; if we ever change it, the change applies from your next renewal and never retroactively.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund a period that has already started; see our Refund Policy.

The build tier is tied to your ArchVibe account: your AI tool signs in with it, and one subscription covers every machine and every AI tool you sign in from. It is for you, not for a team; each person who wants the build tier needs their own subscription. The free sketch tier needs no account and may be used by anyone.

The Architect MCP does not store your code, your repository name, or the architectural decisions you record. Those live in a file in your own project, which means they remain yours and are unaffected by cancelling. What we do keep is described in our Privacy Policy.

The server returns guidance, not advice specific to your circumstances. It is a starting point for decisions you and your team remain responsible for, and it deliberately tells your AI tool to verify current prices, limits and terms against each vendor's own documentation rather than relying on ours.

7. Refunds

One-off purchases carry a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Subscriptions are cancelled rather than refunded, and access runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds are processed through Creem. For details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content (including text, code examples, diagrams, audio files, and design assets) is owned by ArchVibe and protected by copyright. You may use the course material for personal learning and in your own projects, but you may not redistribute, resell, or share the course content itself.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course content
• Create derivative courses based on our material
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to content outside your purchased tier
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

ArchVibe provides educational content "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the course. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, when possible, sending a notice to the email on your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
