We want you to be confident in your purchase. If ArchVibe isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at tamirmagnezi5500@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (from your Paddle receipt email)
- The email address you used to purchase
That's it. No explanations required, no hoops to jump through.
What Happens Next
- We verify your order — We confirm your purchase details and that it's within the 14-day window.
- Refund submitted via Paddle — Since Paddle is our payment processor and Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed through them.
- Money back in 5–10 business days — The refund appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, your access to the course content will be revoked. If you upgrade to a higher tier and then request a refund, the refund covers the full amount of your most recent purchase.
Purchases Outside the 14-Day Window
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we generally can't offer a refund. However, if you have exceptional circumstances, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method used during checkout.
